Generally though shipping is getting back to normality however we are still experiencing some delays in the availability of product. This is caused by no single factor and it largely depends on who and where you ask.
Lithium Batteries: It is becoming easier to find a courier that will accept a lithium battery into Europe, and further afield. Please ask for advice, however, we are limited to just one battery per parcel. It is easier if you can arrange your own shipping as well as being cheaper, many of our customers find this is the best solution.
A point I need to emphasize is regarding our terms for overseas shipments, we do count as a successful delivery, once our shipment arrives at your local customs facility. This is because we have no control over local polices or indeed whether you accept the payment of any duties etc.
We can still ship batteries that are included within the equipment it operates. Strange but true !!
